After serving several churches in western PA and Illinois, spanning 36 years, Pastor Mauri retired to the western PA area, landing in Grove City in February of 2017. He began his part-time ministry at Ebenezer Presbyterian on November 1, 2018, and is excited to be able to serve pastorally once again as the shepherd for the good folks of Ebenezer church. He is an ordained member of the Rivers of Life Presbytery (ECO).
Rev. Dr. Maurice Smith graduated from Eastern Baptist Seminary in Philadelphia, receiving his M.Div degree in 1980 and his D.Min degree in Marriage and Family Ministry in 1986.
Pastor Mauri is happily married to his lovely wife, Terry, and has 2 grown sons and 7 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys singing, playing the piano, listening to music, reading, sports and history.

Terry began serving as secretary in June of 2018, just 4 1/2 months before her husband became the stated supply minister.
She enjoys working creatively in the office and being of service to the people of the church and others around them.
Her hobbies are making figurines out of polymer clay, called "art dolls," reading mysteries and walking outdoors. And, of course, having some "our" time with the grandchildren.
Don Elliott, our organist, and Connie Jewell, our pianist, volunteer to play for Sunday morning worship services.
